Camera problems
SwapCam not appearing as a camera source, a black or frozen preview, or the camera being held by something else.
Include: Which video application you were using, whether your camera works in other applications, and what the SwapCam preview showed.
Extension problems
The SwapCam panel not opening, controls not responding, or the transformation not applying.
Include: What you clicked, what you expected, and what happened instead.
Compatibility problems
A browser-based video application where SwapCam does not work as expected.
Include: The application, whether it runs in a browser tab or a desktop app, and where the camera picker is in its settings.
Bugs
Anything reproducible that behaves incorrectly, including crashes and visual glitches.
Include: The steps that reproduce it, how often it happens, and a screenshot where the problem is visible.
